These general terms of delivery include the terms and conditions of Helsinki TukTours

E-commerce is for individuals and businesses. Product prices are tax inclusive. The tax item is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation. The customer register kept by Yoo-hoo! Tours is confidential. Information will not be passed on to others. When ordering, the subscriber must provide the name, address, email address and telephone number. The order shall be binding upon receipt of a written order confirmation by the subscriber.

2 THE SERVICE USER

The Service User is referred to as the Customer. Helsinki TukTours does not require registration with the service. These terms and conditions apply to all our customers. For more information on customer data processing, see the Privacy statement.

3 FEES AND PRICES

Use of the Service will be subject to a reasonable, valid refund, which is stated on the Product. Please note that prices for different versions of the product may vary depending on the version. The service provider has the right to change prices freely.

4 DELIVERY

We only sell tours and services attached to them in our online store, which means that no physical product will be delivered. The product will be experienced at the agreed location, which will appear at the time of ordering / after ordering.

5 CANCELLATION

The tours can be cancelled by a customer until 48 hours before the tour starts with a full refund. Also the no-shows with no cancellation according to this will be charged. The cancellations under 48 hours are not refunded. 

The retail customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of purchase. We ask that you please as soon as possible so that all who are interested can enter the tour.

6 ERROR LIABILITY

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any errors or consequential consequences of the Service, products or materials. In addition, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages or injuries resulting, for example, from the fact that the Service, product or material does not meet Customer’s needs or objectives.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any error resulting from defects in the software or the way in which the Products, Materials or Service are handled.

The Service Provider’s liability for the order placed is always limited to the cancellation of the contract and the refund of any prepaid payments.

7 CHANGES

The Service Provider has the right to change these terms and conditions unilaterally. The User accepts the terms and conditions that apply at any time when using the Service.
